Do I need to change my store phone number?

No. You keep your existing number. We give you a forwarding destination and you point your carrier (or PBX) at it — customers keep dialing the number on your boxes and Google listing.

What happens when AI can't handle a call?

The call transfers to your staff. You configure the destination phone, hours, and triggers (caller request, low confidence, payment issue, and more).

How does payment work?

After the order is captured, we text the caller a Stripe-hosted payment link. No card numbers, CVV, or keypad digits ever enter OrderPizza.app.

What about PCI compliance?

OrderPizza.app never collects, displays, or stores raw card data. Stripe owns the hosted payment page and the sensitive payment details.

How fast can I go live?

Most shops are live in a few business days. Onboarding covers menu import, number assignment, forwarding instructions, payment configuration, and test calls.

Will it work with my POS?

Accepted Answer

Today the product is phone → order ticket → SMS payment link in the merchant dashboard. Direct POS push (Toast, Square, Clover, etc.) is not in the self-serve MVP — we evaluate those integrations for multi-store and pilot rollouts.

How are minutes and pricing billed?

Each plan includes a pool of AI phone minutes per store each month. Minutes pool across your locations. Calls meter in whole minutes (1-minute minimum). Processed orders add 1% on food subtotal only — tax, tips, and delivery fees are excluded. Stripe’s processing fees are separate.

Can I run multiple stores on one account?

Yes. Multi-store operators share one tenant, pool included minutes, and can roll out location-by-location. For franchise groups or custom billing, use Contact sales.

Are calls recorded, and do I need to disclose AI?

Accepted Answer

Transcripts and call metadata are stored for your dashboard. Recording and AI-disclosure rules vary by state and country — merchants are responsible for legally adequate notices on their line. We can help you configure prompts that include a disclosure.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime; annual plans renew yearly. You keep access through the paid period. We never rent a phone number or charge a card until you opt in beyond the free sandbox.
