Current number preservation

Your restaurant keeps the public number it advertises. Carrier forwarding routes inbound calls to your assigned Amazon Connect number.

AI order capture

AI gathers customer info, items, modifiers, fulfillment type, timing, and special notes — using your store's menu and rules.

Human transfer

Caller requests, low confidence, manual review, payment problems, or store policy trigger a live transfer to your staff.

SMS payment link

After the order is confirmed, a Stripe-hosted payment link is texted to the caller. Status updates flow back into your merchant dashboard.

Merchant visibility

Every call has a transcript and an outcome. Every order has a timeline. Operators see what happened and can resend links, mark complete, or escalate.
